First room wasn't cleaned and the tv didn't work the second room smelled really bad and no breakfast in the morning

Hotel smelled terrible. Didn’t seem clean. Beds were horrible. Noisy.

The building is old and run down. Our room smelled of smoke. The only highlight was the very friendly staff.

Front area was quite poor and dirty, no room cleaning

Property itself left much to be desired, including they only had one staff member for the whole hotel. Poor guy was running aroubd like crazy doing check ins, maintenance issues, everything. There was not even a manager assigned to the building let alone on call for issues. Worker was super helpful but really disappointed in how the place was poorly kept and vlatently understaffed

Filthy and unsafe When we pulled the front desk clerk was out front smoking, hotel patrons walking their dogs in the parking lot and not cleaning up after them. We reluctantly checked in and went to our room which was a mess. This is the worst hotel experience I have had in my life…

I felt like I'd stumbled into the neighborhood drug motel. Thankfully, the staff were very nice as were the more permanent residents. At no point did I feel unsafe. Unfortunately, one of those residents choose to pull the fire alarm on our last night. I ended up carrying my dog and dragging my two grandchildren, along with my mother, to sit in the car

Flop House This hotel is a flop house. It is NOT safe or clean. The odor of smoke was so invasive that the paper products smelled like smoke and the walls were sticky. This level of disrepair and lack of cleanliness is unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of rating. It reflects a concerning lack of maintenance and care for guests’ well-being.
