A lot missing. Sad excuse of a facility. Booked a room with two double beds as we had our children with us, not given a room with two beds, no extra blankets pillows etc in room. When I called the front desk they wouldn’t bring to us, we had to go down and get them. Was told the room had a functional kitchen - dishwasher broken, no pans, plates, cups or silverware, that was another phone call to the desk in which again they wouldn’t bring to us - we had to go get them. Hotel was very disappointing for the money it cost. Comparable hotels probably cost half this much. Breakfast was what you would find at a gas station, which again would have been fine if the room didn’t cost as much as it did...the rooms above were very noisy all night, and early in the morning the landscapers came with leaf blowers. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Horrible nights sleep. If you just need a place to sleep, it’s fine. Clean and everything but I’ll never stay here again.

It was just ok This hotel was a so-so experience. Located in a business park. Slightly run down. Breakfast was strictly muffins, granola bars and oatmeal. The padlocks on everything made me feel like it was a less desirable area. My bathroom sink leaked. And the smoke detector batteries died at 4 am... beeping all morning until the batterie was replaces. Staff replaced batterie for me immediately upon request.

Room and facilities are pretty outdated. What really did it for us was seeing a mouse run across the room's kitchen floor in the middle of the night when I got up. Raised it to the staff and they said they were having a problem with mice.

One of the worst hotels i have stayed in . In the name of breakfast all they had was granola bars and some gas station cup cakes. The rooms were not clean and house cleaning was not available. The free wifi had reduced soeed and to get proper speed you had to pay extra.

They moved us from two Roms into one and promised a refund. Never did this. Refused to give receipt dirty room with old dirty towel left behind door and creal box under second bef
