Check in: foyer is nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Room: Ok overall, until we looked closer. Dirt and hair (not just a few hairs, but shaven collie hair) in the shower, the pullout mattress smelled like someone had done exactly that. Strong smell of urine and pee stains on the mattress. A previous guest was kind enough to leave her weave in the mattress for us though- WINNING! Would not stay here again Stay was disappointing. Stay was three overnights. Soap was like brill o pads and I was given one extremely small bottle of shampoo and no conditioner, toilet seat broken and room never was cleaned. Beds pillows, and sheets were fine I would NOT recommend this motel

Not the best We didn't have the best experience when staying here. We had a long day of traveling and just wanted a place to lay our heads when we got there. Check in was easy as always through hotels.com, however, the first room we were given smelled like someone smoked a cigarette in the room 20 minutes before we arrived, despite being a non-smoking room. No housekeeping. The gal that checked us in said there had been no housekeeping for 4 days. Toilet seat was broken off, no light in bathroom and detector kept chirping.

We booked 1 night at this hotel. Upon our arrival, we found popcorn in the tub, dirty stains in the bathroom and what looked like some kind of insect feces on the counter and on top of the small refrigerator. We requested a room change. All was a little better with the new room until 5am when the fire alarm and sprinklers went off. On our 2nd night here there was a mouse in our room which we discovered at midnight. We alerted the guy at the front desk who moved us to a different room which took about an hour to do. We were so exhausted after that. The next night we noticed what looked like mouse droppings on the sofa. I was just so disgusted after that

My hotel had multiple bedbugs and a bullet burn in carpet with what appears to be blood stains around it. I have pictures!!!!
