Not a comfortable stay. Hotel is looking very worn and all appliances were beat up.

Don’t waste your money This hotel is of poor quality. As soon as we opened our room door it was obvious someone had smoked in the room for a long time. When I called the front desk to request a nonsmoking room, they informed me the whole hotel was nonsmoking. I explained what we were experiencing and the fact that the smoke detector was disconnected and hanging from the ceiling. Gross and Old I had a room with 2 double's in it, and one of the mattresses had no mattress case on it. just a bare mattress with sheets on it. Maybe I'm too sensitive with hotel beds, but that makes me wonder how many fluids have gotten on that mattress while the mattress liner was MIA? Also everything in there is designed to look like an apartment and all the appliances are old as dirt and disgusting. I doubt very highly the stove even worked based on the condition is was in. Disappointing about sums it up First off, it's my error for booking this hotel, when I thought I was booking a hotel I had previously stayed in some years ago. I was in the wrong town - I chose Peabody over Danvers. However, from the moment of check in to check out, I was constantly disappointed in this hotel and my stay. Don't expect a fully stocked kitchen. Let's start with the positives. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. Seems like they make it a point to get to know their long term guests which is nice when you're away from home. This facility is located in a cul de sac, and I felt very safe. Remote location We were disappointed in this hotel for the price. Over the summer months we have spent ten weekends at various hotels near Peabody or Salem. By far this was the most disappointing for the price.

Never stay at extended Not enough staff to clean or take out the garbage out of the room daily. Roach in the room. Called front desk, not friendly at all... no room service.

Smelled of Smoke The whole hotel from the lobby to the hallways smelled of smoke!!! Our room smelled of smoke and the bathroom smelled the worst. Like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it 5 minutes before we got there. Can't understand how a completely non-smoking hotel can smell so much like smoke. What made it even worse is that there are signs all over touting the fact that it is a non-smoking hotel. Save your money and go to a Motel 6 it will be a way better experience.

Ugh!! Breakfast terrible (coffee and store bought muffin). Rooms smelled of smoke and old looking. Not even a glass or waste basket. Overall terrible
