Noisy, dirty, poor quality. We were placed in a room overlooking a patio area. At midnight, there was still a group of drunk individuals making so much noise. I asked the front desk to please ask them to be quiet (quiet hours for that area are noted) butbthe front desk guy simply opened the door and barely said anything to them (I watched from the window). Just nasty This was bad. Rooms are small, had stains and rips in carpet and bed. People outside were loud all night and up early in morning I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel Sorry
They were aware that we had 3 adults staying in the room, there was no bedding or pillows for the sofa bed, we had to ask for these things. Our room had a very pungent odour, that almost smelled like sewage. The tv wouldn't stay off, we kept turning it off and it would come back on. We eventually had to unplug it to get it to stay off.
The hotel was less than mediocre. I would not recommend to a friend nor will I stay in another extended stay again.
I didn't like that the room was dirty and outdated. Our shower had hairs in it, that were not ours. All of the amenities were at the front desk and not in the rooms. The couch was awful to sit on. Some of the people staying there were creepy and trashy.
Not worth the money We stayed for one night on our way back from NH. The staff was ok not very friendly though. The first room we got did not have a working A/C, we were switched to another room without any issues. The room we ended up in wasn’t clean there were crumbs on the couch and the sofa mattress was filthy with stains all over. The hotel needs a lot of updates and needs to be cleaned better. Will never stay there again.
Prices were up when we checked in ,40.00 up charged ,staff not very nice, left for another hotel,cancelled reservation and were charged 125.00
