Clean but seems the rooms are only cleaned every 7 days?!?... I was unaware of this at booking. It was very hard to locate an employee when things like more towels were needed. I had to bring down dirty towel to the laundry area myself to get them out of the bathroom in the room ... I wasn't expecting to have to do my own housekeeping in a hotel

20 mins from Salem First room they gave us, door was open and room not cleaned ..second room ok, vent between rooms filthy my daughter woke up completely congested due to dust, room not cleaned , towels not replaced , we were told housekeeping not provided on overnight stay ..check out morning ..no coffee or breakfast nothing ...wouldn't stay there again...the only good part of this place was the employee named Kenny...Kenny you rocked, you deserve to work in a better place than this...

Never stay The staff at the front desk was very rude. The hotel smells like cigarette everywhere. The continental breakfast was not breakfast, they basically just served coffee. I waited hours for extra sheets and pillows. If I have to stay again would be my last choice

Beware This hotel is in the middle of nowhere- at the end of a long road of an industrial park. The staff was nice but that was the only positive. Breakfast was pre-packaged muffins. The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking but the entire place reeked of smoke. Would not recommend.

Meh Staff were very nice. Hotel is mediocre at best. Room had some sort of gross stain on floor - I wore socks the entire time. Yellow stain in kitchen light. Bed was comfortable though and I slept like a log. No conditioner or lotion available. Only soap and shampoo.

Sleepless in Peabody. The room was very outdated-The bed was extremely uncomfortable - The refrigerator in the room was very loud.I feel like I paid a lot of money for a sleepless night The staff was very friendly and the coffee was nice and strong.

Disappointed The 1 box of tissues in the room was hard. Not soft at all. There were no waste paper baskets. The bed an pillows were hard, was like sleeping on a hard floor. Had to ask for glasses and accessories. Bed was not made and no new towels were given when we came back from our outing. The used towels were never taken out of the room. Had to dispose of my garbage after I used a plastic bag that I had purchased from a store. Hair dryer never worked properly. DON'T DO IT! We would never stay here again. Bed and couch very hard. NO customer service at desk. Yes, it had a kitchen, but not even a mug or a fork! Totally empty - you had to ask for whatever you wanted. Not even a coffee maker!!! In the middle of no where - had to drive for anything. Used as a long term care place as well - one guys been there 8 years, yet our stay was very expensive.
