Disappointed that pool was closed Reason we booked hotel was the price and expectation of an indoor pool for the kids. We get there and the pool is closed the entire time. Would not have stayed if we had known pool would be closed. Felt the rate was too high as the pool was a key selling point. Should let people know at check-in the situation with the pool. Should have been offered a discounted rate.

Disappointing pool...shallow and very short in length. Needs renovation. Hole in countertop. Entry has broken tile. Room supplies should be present in the room, not brought in later and without a lid for a cooking pot. Lots of noise at 5 a.m. as placed next to breakfast room. Arrived late and awakened early. Dark paint colors.

Needs maintenance. Non-smoking room had overwhelming odor of cigarettes. Not "someone snuck a cig in the bathroom". Someone smoked hundreds of cigarettes in this room. The stench hits you out in the hall as the door opens. Security door from parking lot broken, would not read keys, on that end of building. Kitchen had nothing. Not even a water glass or teaspoon. Did I mention the room reeked.

Peobody The service was quite nice and cordial. The overall property looks good from outside. My room was in need of TLC. Mold under the sink in kitchen and only 2 laundry machines for entire property.

How to Ruin a Nice Facility with Odd Policies The facility was nice, but woefully understaffed; only after we got to our room did we realize how badly. The poor rating given to the staff in this review is a reflection on Management and their odd, labor intensive policies, NOT the personnel trying desperately to make it work. The lady at the registration desk when we arrived in early evening was overwhelmed with a line of arriving guests, another line of existing guests requesting ice, towels, and other things. a place for long-term residents floors were stickingsmoke detector hanging by one screw lights did not work on the dresser it had a smell of people cooking and it was in an industrial park area

Located in the business district Good price for the area and you'll need a car get to/from the hotel. The staff is nice but my non-smoking room smelled like someone had been smoking in it.

What a dump! For lack of ability to use more colorful language I will simply say that this place was a dump. It was filthy. The staff in the evening was less than professional. First we were given a room that was smoking and told that it was "our problem" then because the computer crashed they couldn't find us another room after some difficulty they found us another room yet not only was at a smoking room there was actually someone staying there the clerk appeared very frustrated. Overbooking We arrived close to midnight and already had a reservation. When we arrived, the hotel was actually over booked and had to find another place to stay for the night. We were driving from South Carolina so we were pretty tired.. The desk clerk, I believe joe, was unhelpful and did not offer to find another hotel or anything. He just seemed really confused and didn't know exactly what to do. On the plus side, the lobby was clean but that's all we could say because that's all we could see.
