Bad Time In Peabody On arrival, we went to our suite, which was supposed to have a full kitchen. There were no dishes,silverware, glassware, no coffee maker or toaster. We had to request everything, even toilet paper. There was no ice makes on the premises. We requested extra pillows and a blanket and it was a problem. The grab and go breakfast was a joke, bad coffee and stale muffins. We requested housekeeping and were advised it was only available after a 7-day stay. I'll pass on this hotel I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it to others . The front desk staff was polite and helpful at all times. My room was dilapidated and also gave the impression that I should wash all of my belongings before going home. I was actually told by one of the staff members that drug addicts are known to stay in this hotel for weeks at a time. I would suggest this hotel as an absolute last resort.

The room was clean but had an awful odor. Fortunately the windows opened and we went to the store and bought some Lysol. Unfortunately, it was on the first floor and didn't feel comfortable leaving it open all night. The hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in 2 months. The staff was friendly enough. I see the hotel is rated at 2 stars. I wish I had seen that before.

Would not recommend for long stays The saving grace of this hotel stay was the warm and friendly staff. We stayed for two nights. The bathroom was not clean. Our room was also not cleaned with fresh towels etc. when we got back to our hotel before the second night. It was disappointing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The third floor is being worked on so walls and carpets were ripped off with dust everywhere. The continental breakfast was decent. There is no where to eat within walking distance. Cheap Hotel has had water damage on first floor recently. Extension cords and air blowers were in the hall near our rooms. The indoor pool is also out of commission. Our room was very close to the air blowers so must have been impacted by the water problem. The bathroom in our room smelled like raw sewage...I actually looked in the bowl to make sure it was "clean." Was nice till in peabody ma Everything was fine with this hotel til 12am thursday morning when went to brush my teeth no water hallway filled with water sheetrock from ceiling falling water pipe broke didnt inform guests. I had no water couldnt shower said may have to move you to another hotel so i had to sit up half the night. Never moved us had to hear vacuums n clean up next 2 days the smell was horrible water was then brown! Man at desk said sorry cant do anything for you seriously!!! it is not a good experience, will not stay again. this is my first time to stay with Extended Stay America. there is no breakfast,no coffe maker if you don't ask for the frontdesk. if i have choice, i will not stay with this hotel again.
