Cheap and Cramped This place takes CHEAP AND CRAMPED to new heights. There was no room cleaning during our stay, we had to go to the front desk for fresh towels the furniture in the room consisted of two secretary desk chairs on wheels and a two seat couch. The couch was extremely uncomfortable and they squeezed a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and lounge area into what seemed like a 12' x 15' space. The two of us had no room to move. The bed was situated such that your knees would almost touch the walls as you sat on either... read more

pass it by I have stayed in quite a few hotels in the past few years, and this one is well worth passing by. I have reserved the room a week in advance and arrived shortly after earliest check-in. The only with available for me, according to the front desk, was a handicapped accessible room. Although this is not my preference, it is okay. When I brought to the attention of the person at the front desk to ask whether or not there was a different room available she was rather short with me and said no that is it. Breakfast in ... read more

Good for business, not a family vacation The good - The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size, bigger than I thought and very clean. The bad - If you are booking the room under 8 nights, you do NOT receive ANY housekeeping. I had asked at the front desk and was informed that since we were there for only 4 nights, we didn't qualify for housekeeping services. But, if I wanted to pay for it, I could receive housekeeping for the room. We stayed for a week (4 nights) and had to make our own bed... read more

Disappointing experience I liked the location (away from main roads, so nice and quiet). However, the cleanliness was lacking. There were hairs in the bed, no trash basket in the bathroom, the room smelled of smoke (even though it was a non-smoking room), and the floor was filthy (my husband's socks ended up black). The pillows were not comfortable and there was almost no water pressure in the bathroom. Would NEVER go back.

Ok but Smoking Smell The hotel was just ok and was one of the few rooms we could find in the area on the Friday of July 4 weekend. But the room reeked of previous smoking and the hotel had no air spray or anyone on duty who could bring some to our room. This is mostly a hotel in an area of business offices and such and is used for long-term stays. Apparently, the non-smoking sign did not have any effect in our room.

Good location, newly renovated Hotel room was nice and clean, decently priced for the Boston area, however there was mold in the bowls provided for the kitchenette; there were not additional blankets in the room for the pull out couch; the swimming pool is very small and would only accommodate few individuals at best; the complimentary breakfast was also wanting in variety and quantity, but that might have been because we came on the later end of the breakfast serving time. It was decent room, though I won't be booking at th... read more

I booked a room for 4 guest, 2 adults and 2 children ages 9 and 2. The room was not clean, had only one full size bed and a twin pull out sofa. I slept on the floor for 3 nights as there was no availability to be upgraded. The room was unclean, the blankets reaked of cigarrettes and the airconditioner needed service. The overall experience was poor. The manager tried to compensate by providing a free night stay at the same hotel. I was sorely disappointed since I could have stayed at the Mariotte for less per night. I've alw... read more

Will not return The location is awkward, winding through a business park. There are no restuarants within walking distance. Our room smelled stale, and the comforter on the bed had a disgusting stain. The attendant at the front desk was polite, but seemed hesitant about coming to our room to replace it with a clean one. (which he did) The room also just had a "gritty" feel to it. Breakfast was only "grab & go", consisting of just bagels, muffins, and coffee. We will not return.

get the wrong hotel Thought I was getting Homewood Suites in the same town, My mistake but didn't make this place any better. The pool was shut down by the authorities. The breakfast was poor. The room was a little hard to get around but the staff was excellent and did their best to overcome a less than stellar environment. The kitchenette was as advertised and room was exceptionally clean.
