Good The staff are friendly, i needed to use the kitchen they gave me a kitchen kit, the room is not very clean, but that's not a big problem
Would recommend this place to other travellers The front office person, Tracy, provided me with a lot of useful information. She is friendly and helpful. You can also trust her direction. Overall, my stay would never been better without her.

You get what you pay for? Checkin was slow due to a language barrier, which led to my information being entered incorrectly. The room was clean, with minimal toiletries, and uncomfortably warm when we entered. Couldn't sleep with window open since we were on the first floor. The rooms are NOT sound proof and there were other guests that were very loud all through the night. After speaking with the lovely & courteous manager the next morning at checkout, we learned that most of the guests were there for such an extended stay ... read more

This is my third time to stay in this hotel. This hotel is good and comfy
Waltham Extended Stay 1/21 was okay The Extended Stay hotel has two adjacent buildings, so always check which one you have a reservation for. Some of the rooms have doors that require a trick to get in. Otherwise my stay was fine.
