I didn’t like the aspect that the very first day of staying there, the fire alarm went off and, people are coming in and just banging on room doors.

Business response:

Dear Hubert, Thank you for being our guest. Please accept our apologies for the trouble you faced while you were here. If a fire alarm sounds, we must evacuate the hotel for everyone's safety until we can investigate the cause. We realize an evacuation is not a pleasant experience, and we are sorry for how our associates handled this situation. We truly appreciate your patronage and hope you will stay with us. Sincerely,Hotel Management

The bare minimum ,if u need the bare minimum Its a bargain if u r just looking for a place to sleep..i booked way in advance. By the time i stayed is was $60 more..and i wouldnt pay that price- $160 to stay there. No early check in, no rest rooms in the lobby,no "grab an go " breakfast when we checked out and the hallways had a foul order . The rooms were fine and comfotable for us..just a place to sleep after seeing a show in Boston. Im fine with some issues, knowing that I'm NOT going to pay $300+ to stay closer to the Bos... read more

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in April. We found the hotel to be very comfortable. We liked having the large space with a couch, coffee table and a kitchen with a full fridge. There were plenty of families staying in the hotel and you could smell their cooking in the hallways - this was understandable and not a problem at all as the odors did not enter our suite. The others staying there were very friendly - as were the people at the front desk. And even with the kids staying in the hotel, the place was quiet. I have ... read more

I booked two rooms for by mom and my sister to come to Boston for my daughter's graduation. I booked with my credit card and planned to pay for their stay. When they checked in, the staff insisted that they needed to provide a credit card and also scanned their drivers licenses. This seemed a bit much and undermined my intention to treat them to the stay. I am very disappointed. No extra towels etc were provided unless my family went to the desk personally to get them.

Business response:

Dear Helen, Thank you for reviewing our hotel. It is nice that your mom and sister had a satisfactory stay. However, we appreciate you pointing out specific items you loved and areas where we can improve. Please accept our apologies for the issues that disturbed your time here. Our front desk team is always available to help you. Considering the positive highlights, please stay with us again so we can provide you with a more satisfying experience. We all congratulate your daughter for her big day.Sincerely,Hotel Management

The manager who checked is in was amazing. However, it was obvious the location was vastly understaffed. I saw them (manager) working what seemed like 24/7. Barely saw any other employees. STOP UNDERSTAFFING
