2nd room good First room was very smelly of smoke - 2nd room was good but very cold to start

Close to stores,churches,and colleges. ................
The management was very rude contrary to the experience I had on the phone before arrival. The breakfast is so basic it’s almost not even something to look forward to. If you book a room check in is at 3pm but check out is 11am so essentially your paying for 20 hours.
