Very convenient location: easy to get to downtown Boston, Cambridge and close to Market Basket grocery store. Room comfortable and quiet.

Nice, but my bathroom trash can was full of trash from the last guest, and there was hair in the shower. A little gross.

It wasn’t clean all the time (hallways and common areas)

The room itself was fine but between the refrigerator and heating unit going on and off at frequent intervals it was noisy. There were no facilities to get food with-in walking distance.

Acceptable but check in was time consuming, lobby was cramped and desk had a big burn mark. Bed is comfortable, however.

Property was convenient. Flooring was in need of replacement (room).

No breakfast except coffee No utensils such as a glass to drink water I don’t think the water faucet in the bathroom works right The flow of water was very slow Iron had a water leak that caused my clothes all over while ironing - old irons
