Staff was not very friendly. Some furnishings were worn out or broken. Hallways smelled of fish. Breakfast was skimpy.

It was good
I liked the first floor location. The front desk person was hardly available when needed. No washing detergent available for purchase. I had to leave my room for 3 hours due to a visit from Ecolabs.
