This place was the worst hotel I have ever stayed This is most direst, uncomfortable hotel i have ever stayed at!!
Booked a Queen room, but got two full beds instead. Tight squeeze for my boyfriend and I. Musty smell as soon as we walked in, and there were quite a few bugs.
I believe there are Bedbugs. Breakfast...its just coffee and cereal bars.
Problems from the first step First,the location we reserved told us their system was down and we had to go to another location but before leaving we had to register there and then again at the second. We refused to register at a hotel that was turning us away! Next the second Extended Stay had no one at the desk, we had to search for the attendant who was hanging out chatting. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the first room they put us in did not work. Windows were wide open which clued us in. We then requested another room and they did accommodate us. The hotel should have known that the air was not working in the room prior to our visit. Breakfast was included but it was a snack at best (very minimal choices). That certainly seemed misleading to us.
Never again. Upon my check in I found the room had no towels. it seems the hotel had ran out of laundry. not so bad but when I did get the laundry all of it smelt like they washed it with no detergent. the bed was dressed up with just a cover to hide the springs. the pillow had bubblegum stuck on it. the pillow was turning yellow from usage and Sweat. Not worth spending your hard earned money The worst Extended Stay America Hotel in their list of affiliates. Do not try your luck even if it looks cheap because its a waist of your hard earned dollors
Not for the Faint of Heart Filthy, deep down gross. Yellow sheets, stained bath towels, the smell of unwashed bodies as you walk in.
Terrible Dirty, wifi didn't work, very poor quality
