Awful Hotel Experience Staff was very unfriendly at check in and check out. Lobby had chocolate chunky puke that agent was aware of and "was getting to it". Kitchenette trash was full of days worth of garbage including food. When we called the desk they told us to put it in hall way where it remained all night into the next morning. Complimentary water was open and used. 2 bars of used soap on shower ledge. Garbage on bathroom floor. Iron broken and stained shirt. Hotel charged wrong card for stay.

When I booked the room it was for 2 double beds for two nights for my teenage daughter and myself. When I got there they had me down for two rooms with a queen bed. Apparently they had over booked the hotel. The guy was like there is nothing I can do you can each have your own room. I told him absolutely not letting my teenager have her own room. Not happy! King Room was standard. - No cups in room - Free Breakfast was snack bars and packaged muffins. Nothing fresh. - Fluorescent lights in room provided horrible lighting - Very weak wifi connection - No greeting at desk after standing there alone for 5 mins. "Cold" environment.

Would not stay here ever again When I booked the listing stated it was 11 miles from The dcu center were we were attending an event it was over a half hour away ! The room was ok, but the smoke detector was literally hanging from The ceiling (have a picture to prove it) the room Had a musty smell and we rented two rooms .

Disapointing No Wifi, told at breakfast need to ring an outside number not at the hotel. No acces to any coffee outside of breakfast which was Disapointing. Room was red hot on arrival air con wouldn't turn low enough to cool down the rom. Dark dingy room
