Need to get their act together! I booked a non-smoking room and when I showed up on Friday night, was told that the room given was a smoking room. I have asthma and can't tolerate this, nor can I handle the terrible smell. I had to book a room down the street paying a $167 per night rate in order to find a room. I will be seeking reimbursement for the room booked through hotels.com. Needless to say, I am not happy with the experience.

Not worth staying here It was not a pleasant experience at all. Totally uncomfortable place.

The stink of body odor in the room was overwhelming.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Never ended up staying here. Was only checking into this God awful place because my bathrooms were being renovated and they allow dogs. The southeast Asian “gentleman” at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. I have traveled the world and never been asked to let them know if the room wasn’t clean. Room smelled strongly of something like curry Dirty towel under bathroom counter (not mine) No cover on drain in bathroom sink Bottom shelf in bathroom needs attention TV is analog only and does it get NBC large areas of bubbled paint in bathroom Not so much as a glass in kitchen Had to ask for coffee maker Then had to ask for coffee cup Didn’t have the heart to call again for sweetener Staff was lovely

Wish I went to a motel 6 Couldn't get an extra pillow (it was a queen sized bed made with 3 pillows) because the hotel self admittedly overbooked themselves, which goes to show how much they care about their customers. The employee even stated "well someone won't be getting their room tonight". This was also the reason I could not get an extra pillow, because apparently they only have enough to (insufficienly) stock the rooms, which were sold out.
