Table in room was not cleaned. Holes in wall. Sheets were scratchy.

This place was full of bugs. My family and I are totally disappointed. I am not sure if I will stay at another Extended Stay in the future.

After we booked our room and checked it they said they no longer had rooms with two beds. They stated that we needed to call Hotels.com to fix it. I explained that was not acceptable and they gave us two rooms as we had already paid for our rooms. Unfortunately my room smelled like fish. I asked for another room or fix the issue. They gave me a bottle of Fabreeze and sent me on my way. It smelled like fish for 3 days. I would have given a 5 for service except for that issue. It was adequate.

The hotel smelled, especially the halls. It was dirty, and out of sate. It was an extended stay yet you had to ask for every item you needed, dishes, toaster, hairdryer, everything. Was only given two towels and two wash clothes for 3 people. When asked for another set the staff seemed put out. Breakfast was coffee and package muffins.

Lacking This is by far the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was disgusting, I would have left if I wasn't so tired and it wasn't so late. There was hair and dust balls all over the floor. The countertops had good stuck to them. It looked like the cleaner only went in and made the bed since the last couple of guests. Do not stay at this extended stay Room smelled really bad The extended stay on connector rd in westborough is a dump do not stay at this one there are two other ones within 10 mins of this location

Room had a machine humming noise all night..and smelt bad..kitchen sink would not drain properly..
