Got to property at 2am and no rooms were available. Didnt make it a big deal, but asled numerous time if this would be refunded and was assured it would be. As of today charge has not been refunded.

Smells awful - marijuana and cigarettes. Then has an awful smell in hallways that is different. Thankfully my room smelled ok.
Nothing was unique about it. I got bite by bedbugs. The room smell was funky
I have stayed at Extended Stay properties in various parts of the country and have never had a great experience. The beds and pillows and sheets are extremely uncomfortable particularly for a place for extended stays! The air conditioners are very loud. I’ve never had a good nights rest at these properties. Bathtubs / showers look cruddy.
Staff was friendly but rooms and hallways smelled like smoke.
When we checked in we had a lot of stuff and had to use the only elevator. There was a guy with a spray bottle cleaning and he didn’t want us to touch any areas he had cleaned! Well we had to get to our room and I ignored him and went in. He kept glaring at us! When we got to the room it was under renovation/ repair, windows were open and the furniture was grouped in the center! So I had to trot back downstairs with the cleaning guy glaring at me.
