Could have been better The staff was nice and very helpful. Only clean your room if you stay at least a week. They do not even come around for trash-you have to take it to the front desk to dispose of it. Hotel.com made it look like there was a pool at the E. Main St, Westborough, MA address but there was not. Breakfast is bagels, muffins, whole fruit, coffee. Not much variety.
Great hotel at a great price I have stayed here several times now. Workable kitchen, comfortable bed, clean room and a recliner for watching TV. Exercise equipment is getting old.
Clean enough Room was clean enough. Things were quiet. Wish the bed was more comfortable. Shower had lousy pressure. No breakfast on the weekend.
Room was clean but there was no remote to tv no coffee machine available. Too much ruckus from construction. One of the staff asked me if I was even staying there and ask to see my room key.

Old run down hotel. People living in the building, very sketchy parking lot. Hallways smell like smoke

Arrived 9:30pm. Staff person was outside. I went in and waited for him. Very accommodating once he came inside. Room with a pull out sofa...no bedding. Kitchen had no plates, silverware, cups. Fridge had grease marks on it. Continental breakfast consisted of muffins, granola bars, oatmeal and coffee...that's it. Not a bad price, but not a great place to stay. Disappointing!
