Tried to charge when we prepaid. Gave us a room we didn’t reserve (queen bed, not king), key didn’t work and had to go back down

Was disappointed with my stay. Booked a king room and it was oversold, so was given a queen. I was not compensated by the hotel for the price difference. Convenient location, but room was not very clean. Chairs had food on them and other furniture was not cleaned.

Lobby was clean. The breakfast has been reduced to muffins and coffee. We had to make our own bed as there was no linens on the bed. The room had the smell of smoke although it was a non smoking room.

Terrible I’d like my money back. I paid for two king rooms. They didn’t have two, so one was a queen. Breakfast was supposed to be included for all five of us. It was a Nutrigrain bar. That’s extremely disappointing and should not have been considered breakfast. Please rectify this.

very poor and dirty hotel my experience was horrible. First off all the senior lady at front desk was very rude. secondly the room was very dirty and the sofa bed was disgusting. Also the shower was not working well and they don't have another room there when I complaint, Also the corredor was smelling very bad. break fast included was ridiculous coffee was cold and muffins was done. in addition when I asked for pillows to sleep they said we are out of pillow. Underwhelmed Had to get rooms changed because they were dirty, had dog and or cat hair all over the place, and smelled bad.
