We had a late flight and arrived to hotel late. Couldn't get in and nobody ar the front desk even though 24 hour check in. Called from phone in there doorway and was told charged extra night for no show even paid in advance. Finally a patron let us in and waited in lobby. We finally didn't get into our room until 6am. It was about 2 to 2 1/2 hours of waiting .I asked for compensation because the manager said she was upstairs trying to keep kids quiet. She supposedly credited my account. They claim breakfast was included. My idea of breakfast is eggs or waffles and assortment of cereals and maybe some yogurt and fresh fruits. They had prepackaged muffins and oatmeal with lukewarm water. On top of that their dining room was overrun by what looked like refuges from foreign countries. In fact it was the first time I ever recalled getting a call from the front desk to make sure we made it to our room safely.

A good place to stay It’s good place if you just need a place to stay, clean, comfortable. Breakfast is no so good, very limited choice.

I arrived and gave my confirmation number for my reservation. I was told there was no reservation under my name and the number i gave was showing another individual that was already checked in. They had no available rooms and I had to find somewhere else to stay. They then proceeded to CHARGE MY CARD for the stay. I called, they said the charge was through Expedia so I had to call them. The hotel is being used as a short term place for the homeless. It stinks of cigarettes, the lobby is filthy, the folks sitting in wheelchairs outside and in the lobby look like they haven’t showered in days or weeks. The women behind the desk agreed with me and said all of their hotels in this area are the same.
