I can’t even imagine Orbitz is marketing this hotel on their website. It should be delisted.

Terrible food spice smell unbearable! The room was nice! But it smelled like Indian food BAD. I sprayed frabreez and it was better we went out for dinner and came back with the very same strong odor a smell we tried to fall asleep but the Air on ended up leaving at 2a.m. 1st bad experience at a extended stay or any hotel.

Mice! Mice! Mice! It was a terrible experience. The room itself was fine, it was clean and neat. The shock came when we came in late one night to the screeching sound of a mouse that was under the sofa bed caught in a glue trap.Because it was so late at night we got the front desk to come and remove it and decided to stay there. Early the next morning we woke up to a loud snap and the cries of another mouse. We got up and packed up. We contacted hotels.com and got a full refund. There were mice in the halls and in the room. The third floor ceiling was ripped out leaving a gaping hole the whole length of the hallway, the halls smelled moldy and musty, there were stains on the bedding.

Tried to charge when we prepaid. Gave us a room we didn’t reserve (queen bed, not king), key didn’t work and had to go back down

Was disappointed with my stay. Booked a king room and it was oversold, so was given a queen. I was not compensated by the hotel for the price difference. Convenient location, but room was not very clean. Chairs had food on them and other furniture was not cleaned.

Lobby was clean. The breakfast has been reduced to muffins and coffee. We had to make our own bed as there was no linens on the bed. The room had the smell of smoke although it was a non smoking room.
