Was disappointed with my stay. Booked a king room and it was oversold, so was given a queen. I was not compensated by the hotel for the price difference. Convenient location, but room was not very clean. Chairs had food on them and other furniture was not cleaned.

Lobby was clean. The breakfast has been reduced to muffins and coffee. We had to make our own bed as there was no linens on the bed. The room had the smell of smoke although it was a non smoking room.

Terrible I’d like my money back. I paid for two king rooms. They didn’t have two, so one was a queen. Breakfast was supposed to be included for all five of us. It was a Nutrigrain bar. That’s extremely disappointing and should not have been considered breakfast. Please rectify this.

very poor and dirty hotel my experience was horrible. First off all the senior lady at front desk was very rude. secondly the room was very dirty and the sofa bed was disgusting. Also the shower was not working well and they don't have another room there when I complaint, Also the corredor was smelling very bad. break fast included was ridiculous coffee was cold and muffins was done. in addition when I asked for pillows to sleep they said we are out of pillow. Underwhelmed Had to get rooms changed because they were dirty, had dog and or cat hair all over the place, and smelled bad.

Dont There is no notification given when booking this room that this property is being used to house people. This includes upon arrival, children, riding bicycles in toy cars up and down the hallway while screaming and yelling the condition of the room I was in was not acceptable to me, people that are living in this hotel are disrespectful when it comes to noise and it should either be used to house them or just for paying guest. You cannot mix both.

The curry smell in my room was horrible. Loitering in the lobby, foreign language FaceTime calls on speaker in the dining room. My lady wouldn’t leave the room alone. The stairway smelled of urine. Horrible.

I was a little disappointed in this extended stay. one of my pillows had a smeared dead bug on it and there were really small ants/bugs in the bathroom. There was no silverware or glasses in the unit, I had to get it all at the front desk.
