NOT EXCEPTABLE!! We was not impressed one bit. We had a family of three in one room with a hideaway bed. Called down to the front desk to get blankets and got an answering service. They said they would send someone up with some. No one showed up. So we went down and at the front desk they told us they didn't have any. NOT EXCEPTABLE!!!

Terrible experience all around. Incompetent staff, dirty room, dirty silverware. Had to buy sheets & a comforter because there were visible stains. Will never book with one of these again.

No Ice?!?! Hotel had no ice, a kitchen but no utensils, and there were random hairs in the bathtub. Staff was socially awkward and not particularly helpful. The "Fitness Center" consisted of a closet with 2 treadmills and a stationary bike. Completely nt worth it, even with a heavily discounted price. Find a better place even if you pay more.
Not great The tons are very dated, very moist and smelly. Our room had a leak under the floor near the ac unit. It was dark and dingy on the floors. Lobby was nice.

The room was advertised with a complimentary breakfast, which ended up being muffins in plastic bags, granola bars and bad fruit. The coffee wasn't made the first morning and the desk clerk was no where to be found. Other than that, the room was clean, and I could sleep and shower in it. All I wanted to day

Not satisfied Internet connection is very poor. Even paid internet condition is bad. Breakfast is poor.

Close to the Boston Marathon Start What an horrible experience! Our room was equipped with a kitchen but had no pots, plates or utensils. When requesting these items at front desk we were told we would only get them if someone else checkout...so would just have to wait! The whole purpose of getting a room with a kitchen at Extended Stay America was so that we could prepare and eat meals in our room for the Boston Marathon.
