Big disappointment I staid here twice- the first time I liked it because the room was jus remodeled and I checked in late- just wanted to sleep one night, breakfast what you'd expect. The kitchenette was empty int e room, I thought it was because they'd just painted it and the guy at the front desk gave me a coffeemaker. My second stay was not so good. The room again looked great but for a 3 day stay there is no room service. The kitchenette in the room was empty- they have signs everywhere saying you can get dishes, coffee ... read more
Room for the night Thankfully we only had to spend one night here. The room was not very clean, the air conditioner was broken and the hotel staff did not really seem to care. We did not get the room type that we booked. When we complained about it they told us there was nothing that could be done. We left there very unsatisfied and called the company once we got home. The company made good and refunded our money. That would be the only good thing we had to say about this stay. Sorry for that.
Don't ever go here!!!! I stayed here with three of my boys. There Weren't any pots and pans, silverware, cups, coffee pot, Dish soap, lotion, clock, ice machine..... Etc! When we asked for clean towels And sheets we were told that they were in the laundry and to go grab some. Sheet had blood on it and there was trash on the floor! Shower drain didn't drain!!! I would never stay here again even for one night Never mind for an extended stay!!!
Stay away from "extended stay america" Horribly dirty room... Bad stains on 4 of 6 pillows...dirty toilet area ... Soiled "clean" wash cloths...if we could have left we would have... Staff inept... Even pop dispencer didnt accept dollar bills and staff has "no change" what a joke!
You Get What You Pay For From the time we checked in, each time we went to the front desk, there was no-one there. Both mornings when we went to the lobby for "grab and go" breakfast there was no coffee, muffins or granola bars and we had to ask that they be replenished. The second day it took 30 minutes to get coffee. The room was not refreshed, the elevator and hall carpets were dirty, and the sheets still had masking tape identifying the sheet size -- on the top of the sheet by the pillow! easy to have seen! Poor television programing. Kitchen had no pans, dishes, plates, glasses, silverware but had stove, oven and fridge plus a microwave. Not good for extended stays.

Smokers Hotel I rented a non smoking unit but as soon as I entered the floor I could smell smoke. I could not sleep because of the thick smell of smoke in my room, it seem to be coming through the walls and vents. I could see pee stains under the toilet bowl, the bathtub had black stains, and the bathroom floor had dirt stains as well. When I reported this to the night clerk, his response was why didn't I tell the other clerk because he only works at night.
