Extended Stay Corporate -Miserable to deal with The staff here is wonderful, they like many other service businesses (restaurants, stores) can make or break a company. Corporate reached out to me for my opinion (A sales rep or some other such useless title) I made some suggestions and asked for a reduced rate due to the fact that I am homeless, his typical corporate response was to pass the buck, HIS NAME IS JACOB PATTERSON, TYPICAL CORPORATE YO-YO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location ... needs a deep cleaning. We stayed here for the weekend to visit friends and family in Boston. The stay was fair, due to amenities such as cups, plates, utensils, and common areas. The rooms are spacious, but we found many surfaces were unclean. Hair and debris were on the shower floor and we had to use a plunger, provided in the bathroom, to unclog the shower as it refused to drain properly. Don't pay with PayPal Wouldn't check me in because I didn't have a credit card on me even though I already paid with my PayPal credit card online and showed ID all because I didn't have my card physically on me they wouldn't rent a room what's the point of paying online? Any way the staff was nice but their procedure suck!!

While your reservation was a pre-paid reservation, when you arrived you would have needed to provide a valid credit card in your name or a $100 cash deposit for incidentals in addition to a government issued ID. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible . The air-conditioner worked very poorly and the bathroom light needed to be turned on and then would slowly get brighter. Overall we were not very happy with our stay

Inexisting breakfast Its better say you don't offer breakfast than say you do and offer that.

Student Accommodation........... The hotel is very basic in every respect. Check in took ages since one "customer" had been over charged and the receptionist was just plain rude. Did not even say welcome or hello. The room and corridor had a bad smell, not of a high standard. Breakfast was basic, just coffee (no milk available) and bars. I felt like I was a student again............... Really advise avoiding this place
