Bad smell in hallways from people cooking in their units. Carpets soiled, stained Hair dryer unsafe to use/sparks/burning smell Toilet slow to flush Limited coffee service/no creamer This property is overused and shabby Cleanliness good/desk manager helpful in spite of above

The breakfast was not worth it plus I had roaches that I showed the staff and I asked to send to management and have not heard back.

Falsely Advertised We arrived to our room, 1 queen bed and a sofa bed and initially thought ok its not bad but when I opened up the sofa bed it had pee stains all over it and smelled like a cat lady had been living there for years! Not good! I called down to the front desk and she said that she was new but that management was aware of all "damages" on the property. Whats worse than horrible? The odor in that room was horrible. Smelled like an overrused urinal that hadnt been cleaned....ever. The bathroom had drawers missing from the vanity. I would not recommend this room to anyone that is paying to stay. Should be free!!!

Definetly dirty, large red Stan on pullout mattres ’, toilet stained in brown. Dog barking from 5am in the room next to us.

They gave away our room Absolutely terrible. I called early I the week to let the office know we had a late arrival and I had special needs son in a wheelchair. They told me not to worry I could check in at any time. When we showed up they told us the system was down and they had given our room away hours before my expected arrival . We were kicked out into the street with no place to stay.

A bit scary and poor condition. The condition of this place was terrible. Cracked tiles, broken cabinets, dirty stains on almost every surface. Only saving grace was mattress was ok. However sofa bed was ridiculously bad. Could only get in one door. Staff was nice, but clearly overworked and frequently no one was at the front desk.

No water for in the morning, then was just a trickle and this happened each morning we were there. Couldnt provide all bedding for sofa bed as they said non available.. Coffee always ran oyt & granolas, muffins very low.
