Worst hotel stay of my life Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. Me and my wife arrived at 5pm and the hotel staff was just there cleaning so we had to wait in the hallway until they were done. The room seemed fine until after 30 minutes we saw a mouse crawl out from under the couch. I called the front desk and the only thing offered was a discount off my stay as all other rooms were booked. When i was refused we were sent to a different hotel with the same same. I arrived to check in to my room at almost 11pm, and the bed had dirty rolled up bloody linens on it. Bathroom not fully cleaned. No plates, silverware, cups, or coffee pot to use to eat our late dinner despite having a kitchenette in our room. There were no other rooms available per the half-dressed woman at the desk. When asking for clean bed linens, her answer was to come to the desk myself and get a garbage bag of clean ones: which consisted of 2 flat sheets and a thin fleece blanket. No pillows available. Our room was given away we were offered a much smaller room. The attendant was not at desk waited 10 min for her to show them she was high, she offered us a handicapped room either of us are. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling shelves in the kitchenettes were hanging off no coffee which stated would be provided in room. No hot water to shower with ask at front desk for a room clean while we would be gone did not get done with more towels which were also not provided. Dont The hotel was supposed to have 2 beds it was one bed and a couch tv remote didn’t work at all one lady helpful the other was horrible bad attitude didn’t want to help

Horrible !!!!!!!! L’accueil n’est pas conforme à ce que l’on peut attendre mais le pire est que, lorsque vous arrivez à votre étage par l’ascenseur (2ème pour notre part), vous tombez nez à nez avec des containers de poubelles qui débordent, sans compter l’odeur nauséabonde ! Les chambres sont vétustes et laissent à désirer en terme de propreté et d’équipement… Mais, je crois que le plus horrible de tout a été le petit déjeuner : vous arrivez dans une pièce minuscule avec un gardien, il n’y a plus de café ni aucun gâteau. The dining area was filthy with no places to sit, literally no chairs. Not a single dish, cup, or fork in the room’s “kitchen” staff had none left to offer. Shower head would not stay on the wall, has to hold it above you and it was angled to spray all over the bathroom floor.
