Awful cleanliness. It must of been because of the pandemic but if not the lack of cleanliness was terrible. There was garbage and worst of all old food on the floor and behind the bed that was still there from who knows when. So the smell of the room was disgusting. Also the bathroom amenities did not work the toilet was broken and the rod for the shower curtain was broken so it flooded the bathroom when I went to take a shower

Mice in the rooms. Ongoing problem and they know about it. Several reviews state seeing a mouse. They either don't know how to solve this problem or don't care enough to. Very argumentative staff when guests just want to sleep in a mouse-free environment.

Dirt and trash under the bed. Room smelled like cigarettes

We had a hard time getting staff attention--very nice when they finally showed up, but still a problem that happened more than once. Was kept awake by someone running up and down the hall at night; woken up by someone screaming "help!!" and running up and down the hallway. Police and ambulance finally arrived; trash barrel full in our room. Definitely not worth the more than $400 I paid.

Time for a revamp.. The hotel location is good i think it's time for a renovation.. The hotel smells of weed and smoke ... I stayed here before things have changed since covid19. Also the bed if it could've been any harder i might have been on the floor. The shower is pre historic as well..

Good location but your site stated it had a pool which is why I booked and it was cemented in, there was no breakfast as represented. The blow dryer did not work, halls smelled liked smoke. Full Bed not a queen, mis representative, Staff was super, it was the accomdations that are not stated correctly on the site.
