This was such a bizarre situation. I checked in at 10pm and was told they MAY have a room available. I booked through expedia, they should've had it available. Guy at the front desk says they overbook every night and it's first come first serve before 9pm. Doesn't a reservation mean you have a room? So, he ends up saying there's a room available BUT that the system is down so I need to book directly with them, instead of expedia (sketchy). I needed a room. I had two small sleeping kids with me. The lobby smelled like cigarettes. The room also had a funny smell. There were no extra sheets or pillow stored in the room for the pullout couch. When we called the front desk no one answered and went down there no one was on duty even after waiting several minutes and knocking on the employee only door. No staff was present.

The hotel was overbooked and we lost our on our room. Busy weekend in the area and nothing was left except a hotel for $536 a night. Had to sleep in our car!

Filthy. Right when you walk in, the dirty musty odor hits you. The room smelled as well. We boiled some water for tea and the steam loosened grease on the hood above the stove and it dripped all over the stove and into the pot of water. I was supposed to stay 2 nights, i could only stay the one. I went to TJ Maxx and bought a sheet set and pillow and slept on the couch after i wiped it down with a Lysol wipe.
