Close to lots of great shopping and restaurants Upon arrival there was a little confusion about our room booking but was quickly sorted out, with sincere apologizes for the front desk - with a follow up phone call once we were in our room to ensure the room was suitable. Absolutely fabulous customer service.

A home away from home I enjoyed my short stay here. The hotel was conveniently located off the highway. When I arrived in the room I found it clean and the necessary items and utensils to make my stay comfortable. Although I didn't cook, the kitchen was equipped for dining needs. In addition, there was free wifi that is important for getting caught up with work and e-mails in my room. NICE HOTEL WITH FULL KITCHEN FACILITY EVERY TIME I STOP BY BUFFALO, THIS IS MY FAVORITE HOTEL TO STAY, A LOT OF STORES CLOSE BY THIS PROPERTY. AND JUST A MINUTE TO GET ON THE FREE WAY 290. DEFINITELY WILL STAY AGAIN NEXT TIME.

I was most impressed with the carbon monoxide detector in the room. I bring mine wherever I travel in light of recent unfortunate deaths in hotels. However, it was beeping which made me contact the front desk. They enthusiastically and immediately sent maintenance up to fix it. For the room being so newly remodeled it sure wasn't very clean. They provided the dish soap but not paper towels.

great & clean room because only stay 2 days, so no time to use the kitchen. everything is great. i like the front girls so much. i love her welcome smile. so sweet!

Connect with family trip. The location was good for this trip. The staff was very nice. Shopping could not have been better. The pillows were better than average for me.
