Another excellent stay The staff was very friendly especially considering we showed up around midnight. The room, though described as a studio, was quite roomy with well appointed furniture. It was clean and well supplied. This is our second experience with Extended Stay America and we plan to come again.

No Frills, clean, but dated Toilet was constantly making leaking noises, as was the fridge. Very dissapointed in "continental breakfast". Extremely limited ....a muffin, oatmeal, or cereal bar and coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The 3 oranges must have been there for months.

Room had a funny smell to it, and breakfast was nothing more than coffee n individually wrapped muffins

Friendly staff, clean Hotel is nice but if you are looking for services it's not for you. No maid service, you have to go down to front desk for clean towels and remove your own garbage daily. Long stay would be fine but a weekend stay should have services.

20 Minute Drive to Niagra Falls State Park My husband and I wanted to visit Niagra Falls for our first wedding anniversary. Our stay at Extended Stay America Amherst was excellent. The bed was beyond comfortable. We would have taken full advantage of the kitchenette had we stayed longer. There is a vegetarian/vegan restaurant about 5 minutes away (Amy's Place) which we were able to try for breakfast one morning. This hotel is in the hub of Amherst, great location. easy access to highway Good hotel near main highway, shopping and restaurants.
Good location, great price Perfect spot in between the Outlet Mall in Niagara Falls & the Walden Gallleria Mall as well as Downtown Buffalo. Quick and easy access to everything. Hotel isn't fancy but it's clean and inexpensive.
Great place to stay! From the time we checked in until the time we checked out everything was good. Shannon checked us in and was wonderful. She has the people skills, personality and knowledge that it takes to do this kind of position. The room is very big, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and clean.
