20 Minute Drive to Niagra Falls State Park My husband and I wanted to visit Niagra Falls for our first wedding anniversary. Our stay at Extended Stay America Amherst was excellent. The bed was beyond comfortable. We would have taken full advantage of the kitchenette had we stayed longer. There is a vegetarian/vegan restaurant about 5 minutes away (Amy's Place) which we were able to try for breakfast one morning. This hotel is in the hub of Amherst, great location. Good location, great price Perfect spot in between the Outlet Mall in Niagara Falls & the Walden Gallleria Mall as well as Downtown Buffalo. Quick and easy access to everything. Hotel isn't fancy but it's clean and inexpensive.

Great place to stay! From the time we checked in until the time we checked out everything was good. Shannon checked us in and was wonderful. She has the people skills, personality and knowledge that it takes to do this kind of position. The room is very big, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom could have been a little bit bigger (but that's okay, what do you do in there anyway). Cute little kitchen was clean and very handy. Would I come back here again ....... definitely! Large Room!! Had never stayed at this type of hotel, but was pleasantly surprised by the room size, amenities and friendly staff. Conveniently located in Amhurst, close to all highways

Nice room, good location, unclean toilet Except for the dirty toilet, everything was fine. I went to the front desk and was told where I might find the cleaner, upon reflection, the desk person said she would try to reach her. She apparently did not. When I called an hour later to follow-up, the cleaners had left for the day. I was offered the option of being at the top of the cleaners' list for the next day or I could come and get some disinfectant and do it myself. I did that and cleaned the first toilet of my very shelter... read more

Quick Stop For the money we paid, this hotel did it's job. We drove up the night before the Bills game and needed somewhere to stay that was budget friendly. Overall the hotel was exactly what we were looking for as we didn't plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel. It was halfway between the falls and the stadium. The WiFi code that we were provided never worked, but didn't bother us too much as we weren't really in the hotel for long at all.
