Nice, comfortable. Very clean, older hotel that's been updated. Only complaint is the heat/cooling system is basically the On or Off type, so it's hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. Continental breakfast is very basic, gran 'n go (no tables to sit at). Very convenient just off highway I-290. Friendly helpful staff. I would stay here again

I only stayed for one night. I came to vist the University of Buffalo. The location was perfect. It only tool me eight minutes to get to the University. I would recomend this hotel to friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Another excellent stay The staff was very friendly especially considering we showed up around midnight. The room, though described as a studio, was quite roomy with well appointed furniture. It was clean and well supplied. This is our second experience with Extended Stay America and we plan to come again.

No Frills, clean, but dated Toilet was constantly making leaking noises, as was the fridge. Very dissapointed in "continental breakfast". Extremely limited ....a muffin, oatmeal, or cereal bar and coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The 3 oranges must have been there for months.

Room had a funny smell to it, and breakfast was nothing more than coffee n individually wrapped muffins

Friendly staff, clean Hotel is nice but if you are looking for services it's not for you. No maid service, you have to go down to front desk for clean towels and remove your own garbage daily. Long stay would be fine but a weekend stay should have services.
