One of the Worst Hotel Service I ever used. Worst! They over booked the rooms and When I reached the hotel at 12:00 AM I was told that they are sold out and cant offer me a room. It was so late in the night and that being a long weekend we were unable to find another hotel which could offer us a room. So had to sleep in our Vehicle. Never again I will stay at Extended Stay. I will definitely take this to their higher management and screw them.

Condition of the beds, bathroom and room itself is very bad... breakfast mean just coffee for them; there was nothing but coffee.

Horrible Hotel Very dirty and it smells like an old bar. Stay away!

Fair hotel close to conveniences Hotel manager Julie top notch. Did the best with what she has to work with. Room cleanliness sub par. Rug smelled of dirty feet. Kept a fragrance candle burning while I was in room. Bought cleaning supplies first day and cleaned room myself. Disclaimer- I am not a neat freak.Trash room down corridor overloaded and not emptied for days. Staff prompt in providing what was requested. Beds comfortable.

Decent room, TV quality was poor, the breakfast offered, coffee, muffins and snack bars was pretty disappointing for what the room costs. If you are counting on having a decent breakfast included with your fee, stay elsewhere.

Overall pleasant experience. Just that it says breakfast doesn't mean they have a full breakfast. It's more of a snack bar.

I would not stay at this property again. I didn’t feel the staff was friendly. I found the property to be dirty. I know it is an extended stay property but I still feel they should tend to rooms each day.
