Proximity it was nice to be close to the hotel where our friends were staying. Breakfast left much to be desired with fruit and coffee being the only non packaged options, there was only artificial cream for coffee, no milk for tea. The rooms were musty and dirty. only shampoo and soap was supplied once, and we didn't have maid service. No dished were left in the cupboards for our kitchenette and we had to request if we needed them. Drawers were dirty, the bathroom was dirty,

Lacked certain amenities that were unexpected. As an extended stay hotel it did not offer the usual services that a regular hotel offers. Stayed 3 nights so received no housekeeping services. The bathrooms have no exhaust fans. The continental breakfast was strictly "grab and go". with no seating provided or a provision to carry multiple items elsewhere.

Basic hotel, no amenities, terrible value Will never stay there again by choice. Only picked it because all my preferred choices were full (the Rolling Stones were playing in Buffalo that night). Super 8 experience for Marriott price.

Amateur hour Stayed here for one night with my wife. Many things went wrong. Checked in around 3pm. Had booked and prepaid through Expedia but they couldn't find the payment so they charged me again. After I looked through my email and credit card statements, I confirmed that I already paid and brought it to their attention. the receptionist gave me a refund on the 2nd payment. We got a key card to the room and when we went inside, the room wasnt cleaned yet. Filled garbage bags were on the counter and sheets were messy. We... read more

Disappointing - won't stay again Hotel was very disappointing. Pillows were flat like sleep without any. Kitchen did not have any supplies not even a coffeepot or tea kettle. Positive was that it was quite are room was near the highway and could not hear the traffic.

Disaster don't stay Horrible

Bad first impression We did not have a good experience at this hotel, partly due to hotel, partly due to online booking error. Were given a smoking room (online reservation clearly requested non-smoking, staff said their info was requesting smoking....so a glitch somewhere in the ether). There were no other rooms available so we left and checked into a different hotel 10 minutes away. Having said all that, the first impression when you enter the hotel is that they need to vacuum. Basic Hotel Basic hotel, no more, no less Location makes it difficult to find - hidden behind other hotels. "Included" breakfast consist of coffee, hot water for oatmeal packets, bananas, apples and nature valley bars on a table in the lobby.

dont stay here!!!!!! Stayed 3 nights without a single thing done for us- no garbage pickup- no dish or silerware couldnt even make coffee!!!!!!!super 8 serves you better!!!!! not even a 1 is good enough rate
