Stay elsewhere Old, smelly and dirty room. After moving rooms once already, had to go to local Wal-Mart to buy cleaning supplies before we could comfortably stay in the room with our little one. Brown, sticky stuff was on both night stands, there was sticky on the tv table/cabinet, room smelled like old cigarettes, bathroom had mold, only one plate, cup and bowl for the three of us in our room. Stay somewhere else Staff was very friendly and location, convenience was good. However, property is in desperate need of remodel/updating. Refrigerator was rusty/dirty on outside, fitness center looked like it was never cleaned. Outside it smelled like there was a sewer leak. Breakfast was convenience store muffins and granola bars. I will not stay here again.

The staff was rude. The room was dirty - old trash was in the trash can, a bed had dirty sheets.

Incredible Dirty, Terrible Service, below a 1 star Upon check in after waiting over an hour the room did not have any of the minimum requirements such as towels, toilet paper, paper towels, utensils, only one remote control. The room was dirty and not prepared. The air conditioner was barely pushing air, in only one of the rooms. After calling for service, I had to go to pick up towels, TP, and cups on the three nights I stayed. Kids running through stairway late at night. Dogs barking under us all night.

Great price, Nice area, Poor customer service. Though the hotel was a great location (right near the Tanger outlets and the highway, plenty of gas stations, stores (walmart), etc), the customer service I received from the front desk at this location was abysmal to the point that I contacted corporate. The first room I was given was dirty and not cleaned, so they "upgraded" me to a clean room that had two beds and was bigger. This room however had sticky floors and the fridge needed wiped out. Terrible This is a terrible hotel to stay at. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Horrendous night Terrible night, bed was completely uncomfortable plus the fitted cover bed sheet was too small and kept coming loose. Also the a/c unit was making a whistling noise constantly. Breakfast was terrible.
