Very bad service dirty toilet. Staff wouldnt clean it when we told them about it. The staff hung up on us ok the phone and were very rude during the call.

Don’t recommend I hate writing any bad reviews but the room was dirty , the couch had stains all over it there where toe nail clippings in the room , you could clearly tell someone smoked in this room and the shower curtain holder was falling off the wall , I did let the front desk know and they said maintenance was off for the weekend. I also asked for the room to be cleaned the next morning and I was told they don’t clean the rooms every day . Will not be staying there again

Fake room deal Upon arrival no room was available and catching hell getting money credited back to my credit card.

Gross My blankets smelled like urine, shady people walking around the parking lot, poor security, someone kept putting a rock in the door to keep it open.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and generally, the whole hotel was dirty and in poor condition. There were several broken windows taped with blue tape. We couldn't wait to check out.

Booked a room at 530pm. Drove 2 hours as this was the only hotel big enough for our family. We arrived at 8pm and gave our name to the worker. She had all of our reservation info, but then told us she didn't have a room. The hotel's website even said they had rooms available and the parking lot was not full. Two Thumbs Down!!! I canceled this booking. The surrounding area was yucky and the front office clerk never came to the desk It looked shabby and dismal A guest waiting in the lobby with me said there were ghosts, shady characters in the hallways, and the smell of drugs He was checking out and wanted his money back!
