Wont stay again Our stay was terrible! 1st off they charge $100 deposit when you get there but there wasnt anything letting is know when we were booking the room. The staff was terrible and rude especially the lady that checked us in. There wasnt anything in the rooms like coffee makers they said they dont service rooms so we would have to strip our beds and bring it to them if we wanted or needed to change the bedding or towels. There was no hot water in the room when we took our showers the AC made terrible noise all night... read more

Hotel is clean, but staff is about as helpful and pleasant as a hole in the head. They're unfriendly and act like they hate their jobs. Phones dont work.in the rooms, breakfast is a joke. No juice, no milk, no fruits, no yogart and DEFINITELY no prepared breakfast..... only granola bars, coffee, and chocolate muffins. Terrible. And do not even ask if yiu can inconvenience them by a slightly later checkout time of noon, because you'll get blown off.

Don’t Do It!!! Don’t do it! During check-in I was greeted by a young lady whose first statement to me was please tell me you’re not wanting a double room. We had bought a double room with a sleeper…. That didn’t happen. Unfortunately, another family just before us was experiencing the same issue. There was quite a heated discussion about money back and no available rooms in the area. The room was not very clean at all, dirty floors in bathroom, cracked areas on wall, no hot water at sink and the shower didn’t work correctly.... read more

This place was a dump, super loud, not very clean and unfriendly. Only thing it had gping for it was its close to the airport

Had to request a different room because the pull out mattress had food on it. There was an attachment for a hair dryer but the hair dryer itself was gone. There wasn’t any toilet paper. The refrigerator wasn’t cold. There was a spot in the bathroom that looked like a blood stain.

Go somewhere else! We had to leave, couldn’t stay. The odor in the room was intense. Smelled like an animal shelter. Hotel said they would refund but didn’t and Hotels.com was no help. Went to the Hampton inn instead, much better.
