Don’t stay here! When I made our reservation to stay there (about a month earlier), I was certain that the hotel’s website said they had a shuttle which would take you to the airport which is about 2 miles away. When we checked in and I inquired about the shuttle, we were told there was none and the clerk said the website was wrong, no apologies were given. Rooms have mini kitchens with no cups, utensils, or coffee maker. Placard on counter says “ask for any of our amenities and we will bring them right to you”. Still waiting on coffee maker!! Reminded staff about it and was not surprised of the negative attitude. Will not stay here again!!

Save yourself some grief. I would not choose this hotel in the future, no matter how good the price looks. The only good part of this stay was the location and fortunately the bed was comfortable and the girl that checked us in was pleasant. However, I asked that kitchenware be taken to the room, never happened. Asked for an iron board..had to go down the next day and insist on getting one. But worst of all there was a bug issue. room in need of repair and cleaning The staff were very friendly but the property was not in a good state of repair. My room had not been cleaned well prior to my arrival. There were still hairs on the floor and in the bathroom drawers. The baseboards along one wall were coming off, one of the curtain tracks was broken, and the toilet was running every 30-45 minutes and needs some repair. 2 of the 3 days we did not have hot water, barely luke warm.

I would have had a fine review outside of the fact that after staying for one night, I woke up with a number of very itchy bumps on my body and face, which has been swollen since leaving. I can only assume this was either from bed bugs, spiders, or something else resulting from a lack of cleanliness.
