The girl up front was on cell phone complaining non stop about having to be there then had a friend with her and her friend tried to cause a conflict with me because I was standing waiting and the girl who worked here said it be okay and I said no it won’t I don’t pay to stay here to have your friend be disrespectful and act like that in front of my child. Floor shook, sink was clogged, dishes missing, bathroom door lock was on the outside, there was a cockroach, extremely poor service, out of stock of most breakfast items

We wanted to like this hotel given the realtively nice front desk staff, but the swarm of samll cockroaches that cane out when lights were turned off was a huge draw back. We were afraid that the cockroaches would travel home with us. The breakfast was just coffee and instant oats/grits with gronula bars. We will not be staying in this place again.

As soon as I walked in my room I saw a roach...the sink was stomped up and utensils were only supplied upon request. The manager tried to compensate but it wasn’t enough.

Check in was great. Staff was nice. However, supposed to be non smoking rooms, room smelled like an ashtray. Was given a bottle of fabreeze to spray. Beds were horrible, Felt like we were sleeping in a hole. Would not recommend staying here nor will we ever book at an Extended Stay again.
