The staff was amazing
We stayed in a room on the bottom floor and the people above us had no respect for the fact that we were below them. They were extremely loud, running back and forth and jumping up and down. I went to the front desk and complained. They spoke with the family above and the noise stopped for about 30 minutes. After that it sounded like the were purposely jumping up and down even harder then before. Get them before their gone overbooked=out of room We came later in the evening on Friday for our 2 night stay and the lady at the front desk said we didn’t have a reservation and blew us off. The next morning we saw a charge for the room. I contacted hotels.com and the manager for the hotel. Come to find out we had a reservation but the hotel was completely booked so they gave our room away. Then charged us for no show and lied hoping we wouldn’t catch the 120 dollar charge.
