The staff was amazing
Get them before their gone overbooked=out of room We came later in the evening on Friday for our 2 night stay and the lady at the front desk said we didn’t have a reservation and blew us off. The next morning we saw a charge for the room. I contacted hotels.com and the manager for the hotel. Come to find out we had a reservation but the hotel was completely booked so they gave our room away. Then charged us for no show and lied hoping we wouldn’t catch the 120 dollar charge. Mrs Latoya was awesome I called for a early check-In she advise it was full the previous night call back at 12 noon I called back she my room will be ready at 1 pm got there very pleasant and polite just like her voice thank u again Room 122

Don’t do it, bookies. The carpet smelled like cat urine, the toilet didn’t work and overflowed, the continental breakfast was coffee and granola bars, the roaches, the dust, my keys stopped working 10 times a day, the no linen on my damn bed. It was a mess. The front desk staff was super nice though.

Thank only two nights. Well, our two night stay was interesting. We were able to sleep and rest there. The third floor was loud at times. That being said, we were only there to sleep. We were surprised to find the two emergency exit stair doors propped open. Anybody could have come into the building. What appeaed to be blood was splattered on the wall near the bed. Bathroom was clean fresh. The place had 'interesting' smells. It is what it is!
