Better to stay in your car The room was dirty. The tub was seriously nasty. No coffee maker, etc. it’s advertised as an extended stay but no kitchen supplies at all. It’s advertised with dining utensils. Dogs barking all night.

Poor Service Very poor service overall. We had two rooms. In one room, the door lock/smart key did not work and had to call the service desk to let us in the room every time. The bathroom water faucets were broken and they were not fixed. Terrible, don't stay here

I booked my reservation, but when I got to the hotel to check in, I was told there were no rooms available, and also that I used a third party to do the booking, and they had no information on me. Left stranded at night to start looking for another hotel. I believe they had many customers come in and would pay more than the price they advertised on Expedia, and they simply removed me from their list.

My ac barely worked and the the shower wasnt hot or had any pressure.

Horrible experience Room was dirty, tub was dirty, very loud individuals! Unable to sleep properly! Going for a full refund worst experience! The receptionist was fantastic! But overall was terrible

This was the worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty room. Tv didn’t work. Shower was broken. I only stayed because I was too weak (sick) to go to a different hotel.
