It was terrible. The front desk lady was gone every time I went there with a sign up that said she would be back in a moment. When we checked in we had to wait for her to come back. Her shirt was dirty and she had a big hole in her pants. The room she gave us smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. I immediately shut the door and went back down to get a different room and she was gone again. This time a lady was standing in front of us waiting too. Poor customer service. No real breakfast. Entrance sign poorly listed.

Several bugs were seen in the room. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and didn’t seem to care about the bugs and was unwilling to help. Upon early checkout due to the quality of this hotel the same front desk lady was once again extremely rude and unwilling to issue any refund for checking out.

Clean up the stairways/ hall ways, its gross. Makes it look like im back im the projects in Bklyn. The area is pretty clean however. Also leaving instead of leaving 1/4th of a roll of toilet paper, you couldve left a full roll. And no bar of soap/ shampoo was in the room either.

Stayed for 6 days. Had no hot water for almost 3 days and than no water at all for almost 2 days. Moved us to another room which was dirty (floors not swept, counters dirty). Kid at the desk was annoyes that we complained about the water being out. Another customer said she also had no water (on and off) for her whole stay
