worst hotel The customer service was horrible. They made me take a room that i didn’t want when i had a reservation for another room

exterior was extremely dark no clean rooms, had to settle for a handicap room (but it was clean) nothing visibly dirty but sheets just didn't feel crisp and clean...sort of dingy and warn Really would like a refund and I've never been dissatisfied with a hotel stay

Wasn’t the best experience This particular location has to be one of the dirtiest hotels in Charlotte. Went online to book a room at hotels.com. When I arrived the customer service wasn’t that bad but it wasted the friendliest either, no smiles or greetings. When I walked in the room the floor was not swept, hardwood floor by the way. I went with a king sized bedroom non smoking and the whole room smelled like cigarette smoke, honestly I regretted purchasing that room immediately. I think i should get some money back My stay was bad had to move rooms because the room didn't have a shower and the other room also didn't have a shower the phn in the last room didnt work couldn't call front desk

WARNING! Do not stay here!! My son is on a travel sports team so we stay in a lot of hotels. This was, hands down, the worst experience we’ve ever had. It was filthy (the sheets were dirty and had little pieces of dead skin on them, the floor was so sticky each step we took sounded like we were pulling apart Velcro, the people in the room next door were fighting until 4am and the front desk wouldn’t do anything, a car that was riddled with bullet holes was in the parking lot with the stereo turned on as loud as it would go p... read more

The young man at the desk was EXTREMELY nice. Very sweet gentleman. The outside was very clean and nice. The lobby was nice but when you get on the elevator it smells FUNKY. Then the hall is FUNKY AND STRONG...Housekeeping was nice, i spoke with a lady doing rooms. However...when i got to my room i almost killed myself on the sopping WET floor SOON as you walk in. The refrigerator was pouring water from the bottom. When i tried to use the phone to my surprise not only was it not plugged in it had absolutely NO cord to even p... read more
