The staff were nice and courteous! They were very interactive and made me feel welcome. Ms. Georgia was fantastic!! She was sincere and caring about our stay! Overall a great stay in Charlotte!

Extremely professional staff with superior customer service attentiveness. The only negative was the amount of loud noise after midnight the first night. I’m not sure if anything could have been done to deter this from staff. I felt like it was probably a fluke of some kind. The other night was much better.

Nice Stay When we checked we normal pay cash but couldnt had to get a pre pay card other then that everything was great

We had a smoke detector beeping all night long and i reminded them they still didnt fix it.
