First room they gave me was a handicapped one which was OK but the dead bolt didn’t work and the room smelled of smoke. They gave me a new room when I complained.

Nothing special....simple hotel with no trash bin in the hotel front entrance.

Rich Was a good stay and was priced to value. I had a problem with the shower that was resolved in a timely manner.

The staff were nice and courteous! They were very interactive and made me feel welcome. Ms. Georgia was fantastic!! She was sincere and caring about our stay! Overall a great stay in Charlotte!
