I booked and payed for the room, I arrived around mid night. I was told that I booked one bed room and what they have is 2 bed room. Either I have to pay more or be relocated to other hotel past mid night. It is not a good business to let gust move around and wait before check in for over an hour past mid night and ask them to pay more that what was agreed during online booking.

What I didn't like is from out of state and work here and was turned away and they charge me

The towel were dirty with brown stains and hair left in them. No toothpaste or lotion in the room

There was never anyone at the service desk. The dryers were awful in the laundry room. We had to stay on the third floor and the elevator was out the entire stay.

They turned me away because of my age even though I called the week before to make sure it was ok and they said yes. when we entered there was no one at the desk just a few people sitting and talking in the lounge area. turns out those where the employees. didn't get better from there because the lady at the desk was the rudest person ive ever met. when my sister called later to figure out what was going on, she started yelling at her on the phone and even lied and said we had been trying to check in her entire shift but we ... read more

People were partying all night couldn't sleep pubic hair all over bathroom
