I liked the staff, they were very friendly and professional. I did not like that the kitchenette area was outdated and no kitchenware available to use for meal prep and eating. The water for bathroom use to brush teeth and take a shower was warm not hot. The floor was dirty with dead remnants of bugs in the bathroom and in front of the closet area. The bed linens was cheap and of low quality. There was also several unsavory people hanging around the hotel that looked like drug dealers, homeless people or prostitutes. My husb... read more

This property is very smelly. Horrible is breakfast. Literally there is no breakfast but rather some grabbing candy. They should mentioned the breakfast is some take away candy nothing els. There were no drinking water inside the room. In this rate if we consider other hotel facilities. They should provide at least two bottle of drinking water for free. Will not recommend any one to go.

Room was filthy and whenvthe staff was notified they denied it . I demanded that they clean it and they ckeaned the restroom only.

Terrible nasty dirty grounds unkept disgraceful terrible terrible terrible

These was a beautiful property I thought the room was awesome the mini kitchen area was what sold me but then when I went to take a shower there was not one wash cloth in the room..... I understand that mistakes happen but when went to ask for them because there wasn’t any the receptionist said are u sure because she just left from down there when what she should’ve done was just given the wash clothes because she had already mentioned the other rooms were dirty that why they weren’t available ( not to mention there was no o... read more

I booked and payed for the room, I arrived around mid night. I was told that I booked one bed room and what they have is 2 bed room. Either I have to pay more or be relocated to other hotel past mid night. It is not a good business to let gust move around and wait before check in for over an hour past mid night and ask them to pay more that what was agreed during online booking.
