They put me in a dirty room; they property was supposed to be non smoking but it definitely was guest there smoking!

Everything in special the bed, bathroom , corridors , smell , people having a party and talking really load most of the night.

This was the most awful room that I have ever checked into. The bed was awful and if we could not find another hotel we were planning to sleep in our car, that;'s how awful this bed was. The staff understood and stated that she would authorize a refund. I would please like to get a refund because we had to go and find another hotel and pay for it. The pictures are terribly deceiving. El personal amable. Los cuartos muy viejos, no tienen secadora de peló,camas y almohadas muyyy incomodas.

A major let down and although it was clean the walls are fairly thin and you can hear others walking around above you if you’re on the first floor. just awful...

I waited for 30 minutes to check in and no one ever came to check in. Terrible service!!!
