no tv remote, no soap, no dishes *studio*, loud guests all night, broken lamp, bathroom handle broken

Katrina and Nyoka always made me feel welcome and heard when checking in and confirming my reservation extensions. No issues besides some other guest staying here but you can’t fault the company for who books a room. Everything was fine besides the bugs in the room. I found myself spraying down the room like a routine pest control work everyday if not twice a day only for the problem to get about 70% better. Being exposed to the pest prolonged gave my soupse rashes on his back and armszz

Made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe due to people yelling in hallways at all hours of the night, people just sitting in the cars and if I wasn’t with my husband and dogs I would feel unsafe and would be a little scared to be honest…there was pee in the stairwells, people smoking in stairwells…police were there and when we told the lady at the front about the pee she acted like she didn’t care and when we told her about people being loud all she said was “ you can call the cops” we will never be going back there again…our p... read more

Was not able to stay here because they overbooked their rooms by 18. Front desk stated that the system allowed 18 people book rooms without the rooms being available because it couldn't differentiate between useable rooms and non-useable rooms

Room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and there were many bugs during our 2 night stay

ROACH INFESTATION. Extremely dirty. Chair in room was ripped up from a dog maybe. Cigarette butts littered the stairwell. People slamming doors all night long until 3am. And roaches everywhere. I would never stay here again. In fact I left and got a different hotel after the first night.

Roaches We had a great first impression of the hotel. When we woke the next morning we experienced a severe roach problem. Two crawled on the bed, one up the wall, and several on the floor. We brought it to the desk manager’s attention and showed her photos of those we killed. She verbally apologized but I didn’t feel a sense of urgency to resolve this issue.

The room was not cleaned completely. Floors were sticky. Found dead bugs in a couple places. The shower did not work. Overall terrible experience.

My stay wasn’t good at all. Didn’t get housekeeping since being there, people kept knocking on my room door looking for other people and me and my girlfriend had to kill multiple bugs.
