Bug There was bugs in my room

Only Complaints I had... Key constantly had to be replaced; had to return to front desk several times from 3rd floor due to this. Only stayed 3days but near end of stay noticed roaches in light fixtures over kitchen area and a few more on floor.

It was my anniversary i paid for a suite got to the hotel and and they were sold out! All they could do was give me a double queen room and i wasnt compensated the difference i tried to call custome service just for them to hang up on the hotel staff! Im so angry

It had a weird smell, the refrigerator was old. They had no ice machine. They had no extra pillows available. Breakfast was not what I expected only had oatmeal and nutrigrain bars.

Facilities needs improvement. Painting, replace sinks, loose drain plugs. Cigarettes smell.

They don't have ice machines on the premises. The hallways and the rooms all have a very distinct pretty nasty smell. The telephone did not work unless I pressed speaker to talk to the front desk. And to extend my stay was an absolute nightmare. I booked through expedia and was Was told they would email the hotel letting them know. I don't need to check out. But they continuously knocked and called telling me. I had to come downstairs to book, even though I had proof that I had already paid

I didn't feel safe around this property. Do check your room before making any payment. Hotel staff simply denied my change room request when I told them that my bathroom lock is broken and anyone can open it from outside. It was very smelly when i entered into property. Room was smelly too. Overall experience was bad.

The hotel was overbooked even though I prepaid for my room. The only room they had a broken shower and other issues. I did not stay.
