Poorly kept. Roaches in room. Unpleasant odors in hallway
The elevator was very noisy. During the night I hear very loud rumbling noises in the hallway the woke and kept me up. Must have been the elevator. I found a couple bugs in the bathroom the next morning. In general, things just didn't seem very well maintained (in room and common areas). The grab and go breakfast options was very sparce--just a few muffins and granola bars--much less than I've seen at other Extended Stay America hotels. I drove 12 hours and they tell me their credit card machine is down and I cant check in. I even call the desk on my way they told me they had a kiosk to check in late. Now I am stuck in my car after 12hours

Spotted a few roaches in my room. Bed was very stiff. Sheets, pillow cases, were not the best quality. Probably will not use this location next time i am in the Charlotte area

Not as advertised, room had to be changed due to cleanliness and issues. Claimed to be undergoing construction but that was not listed on the site. Poor lighting leading up to hotel. Hallway smelled like smoke, food, and poor ventilation. Elevator stalled. Grab and go breakfast was placed on table at front entrance but site stated otherwise. Front desk workers were great. I will not book here again.

Do Not Stay Here When my husband and I checked in, there were people sitting on the floor in the hallway. Many of the guests were very loud. As it was late, we decided we would give it a try anyway. We got to our room and immediately found 3 cockroaches in less than 5 minutes! I called Hotels.com to get out of this stay and was promised a full refund.
