Not as advertised! The ice in front of the lobby was not salted and thus very unsafe. Front desk receptionist was unsupported and overworked by management to the point of rudeness. There was no breakfast offered, free or otherwise, and no refund offered after not providing the advertised service. No cups, ice, or other amenities except for soap & towels - even though there was a full kitchenette. Bed mattress was worn out so I constantly felt as if I would roll off the side. Wouldn’t recommend I never leave reviews I stayed here just for 1 night immediately seen a roach on the dresser, front desk lady was never is at the receptionist always in the back, man sleeping in lobby, no hot breakfast just granola bars muffin & coffee, heat didn’t work in my room needed a quick place to sleep so not to upset but wouldn’t stay here for longer than 1 night

I reserved a room, tried to check in, was told there was no room's available

Clean, and comfortable The hotel itself was good. Clean. Bed was comfortable enough. Needs more blankets. Friendly staff. However when we arrived there were several police and obvious issue going on. We are from 13 hours away so asked what was going on. Said nothing. Then as they brought someone out on Handcuffs the staff member swore and then said they couldn’t tell us anything. Had to be professional they said. Well that was not possible now. We decided once that was all over we would see the room etc first, which was fine... read more

First and Last Stay First room I was there 45 mins before roach showed up. Moved to a second room with hair in the shower. All they could offer was another room but I was overwhelmed. Ended up cleaning it myself. Activity is suspicious. Didn’t feel too safe, definitely have to stay mindful. Definitely don’t recommend solo travel here.
